Call Centre is a business unit of Menadžer Co., established for Info-M advertising centre. It offers contact services with centre customers.

Today’s level of development, Call Centre established by affiliating newest technological developments in the telecommunications and data base fields, RDBMS (Relational database management system) in order to create more efficient and cheaper admission, data processing and data delivery.

Call Centre is a pioneer in this area of business in BIH.


Call Centre offers the following services:

Inbound calls:
• Info line for your customers. Let your sales persons be just that! Allow them to focus on their area of expertise, sales. All it takes is just one click and your calls will be forwarded to our call centre. Our operators (after short instructions), and with simple WEB assistance will be able to answer all questions related to your product that your customers might have.

• Catalogue ordering, TV ordering, reservations.

• Taking assigned or all calls coming to your company, answering or forwarding them (during and after working hours, during special offers).


Outbound calls:

• Certain notices to your clients and customers. All you have to do is deliever their phone numbers, message content and time and we will make sure they recieve it on time requested.

• Telemarketing. We have over 50 000 phone numebers in out data base, of people who agreed to occasionally recieve messages of promotional character.

• Telephone surveys for marketing research companies.
