iPlus Philippines Qualifications for all open positions:
Degree holder of any business or communications courses
proficient in written and spoken english and filipino
working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Determined, flexible, adaptable and has a winning attitude
Assertive, knows what he/she wants, can work with minimum supervision
For outbound sales reps, call center telemarketing or sales background is a must
For partner reps, applicants must be willing to do field work
for HR Associates, 5 years solid experience in Compensation and Benefits is a must
