Customer Service Representative
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Team Leader/Project Manager
Job Description: Work with team of agents to handle all aspects of communication with customers: phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications: B.A./B.S. (Exceptional Undergrads with strong committment and communication skills may be considered)
Skills Required: Experience with MS Word and Excel, Excellent English speaking and writing. Capacity to learn adapt to different environments, courteous and polite demeanor. Sales experience a plus. Must undergo i2c English Grammar, Diction, Listening and Comp. Examination

VP Operations
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: General Manager
Job Description: Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of operations in all shifts. Manages work of Project Managers and Team Leaders. Coordinates with Clients, Technology, Marketing, HR, and Management to ensure employee efficiency, project efficiency, low attrition rate and disciplined behavior by all.
Qualifications: B.A./B.S. - Masters or higher A+ Management experience in international markets, experience in the service/outsourcing industry required. Minimum 7 years managerial experience.
Skills Required: Excellent written and spoken English and professionalism with a keen eye for handling numbers and managing people on a personal level and as a group. Expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, required as well as experience handling different CRM software packages. Capacity to learn and adapt to different environments, courteous and polite demeanor. Motivating, outgoing and with a positive attitude.
