RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
Ensure all Workforce Management controls are manned and have joined their respective client bridges
Review reports and/or emails, including WFM Logs
Analyze current day’s volume and ensure proper staffing has occurred, including expected versus forecasted volume, staffing, shrink, AHT and AUX usage
Check running statistics for trends and concerns
Check global performance for project
Analyze week-to-date and Month-to-date performance
Analyze weekly or monthly performance
Perform such additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time under the terms and conditions, and according to the directions, instructions and control, of the Company.
Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years WFM supervisory/managerial experience.
Ability to work on multiple projects with limited resources, under pressure, with different groups, meet Schedule Adherence/SL goals and be accountable for the performance of others in the team.
Demonstrate dependability, initiative and accuracy.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Skilled and experienced in client management.
Flexible schedule and impeccable attendance record.
Strong preference for IEX/BP skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): IEX, BLUE PUMPKIN.
Required language(s): English.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Others or Management.
