Position: Workforce Management and Contact Center Training Specialist

Locations: Bloomington, MN, Milwaukee WI, USA

As an Avtex Workforce Management and Contact Center Training Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and providing on-site, in-house, web-based and Computer Based Training (CBT) training and consulting services for Avtex customers and employees on the use of, and best practices for, workforce management and contact center products serviced and sold by Avtex. Strong technical aptitude, PC skills and previous experience with contact center workforce management system(s) is required. Previous experience with web-based training application(s) and/or computer-based training applications is also a plus. Up to 50% travel is required (travel may be in-state or out-of-state).
