Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing raw data for reports generation, modeling and creating shifting and transition schedules, requests production Ids to be used for production, handling technical issues that affects process or site-wide daily operations and other functions needed to support operations. This includes monitoring operations performance to ensure optimal performance levels are met and ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained.
Requirements:
At least of 1-year experience in any of the following: Customer Service, Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center.
Has basic knowledge in Call Center Management Fundamentals and Scheduling/Forecasting Concepts and Models
Experience in a Windows NT environment as well as various software applications including MS Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel, Word and Power point.
Intermediate to advance skill level in MS Access or any programming softwares.
Must have at least a basic knowledge in scheduling tools like eWFM, Blue Pumpkin, IEX, and the likes.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate high analytical skills and keen sense to details.
