Sutherland Global Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of WMF Supervisor. Successfuly applicants for WMF Supervisor will have a great career in Sutherland Global Services.

Graduate of any four-year course, background on statistics / analytics preferred
Atleast 1 year experience in a supervisory role in Workforce
Working knowledge of WFM tools such as AVAYA, CISCO, EWFM, IEX, etc.
Working knowledge in Workforce Capacity Planning, Forecasting & Scheduling
Highly Proficient in MS Excel / MS Office Products
Strong verbal and written business communication is highly required.
Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
Can work independently with minimum supervision.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
