Job Description:
• Providing classic office administrative task in a remote and “Virtual” environment.
• Handling and forwarding of most email or US mail to the clients who need his/her attention.
• Making appointments, scheduling.
• Making/receiving phone calls/inquiries on customer’s behalf.
• Faxing/receiving faxes on customers behalf.
• Researching of all sorts, mostly on the Internet.
• Planning meetings and events.
• Planning parties (business and personal).
• Making travel arrangements — business and personal.
• Handling reservations for seminars given by clients.
• Writing, Proof reading , Copy editing.
• Desktop publishing & Newsletter publishing (print and internet).
• Coordinating of web design/hosting.
• Providing “reminder service”, Bill paying.
• Bookkeeping — business and personal.
• Creating/maintaining databases.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must have excellent oral & written communication & customer service skills in American English.
• Knowledgeable of standard MS Office software - (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be flexible, proactive, self-driven & independent.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Call center experience a huge plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.
• Graduate of 4-year degree course.
• Willing to work in a start-up environment.
