GlobalBridge Resources is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Virtual Desktop Support.

Responsibilities:
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Request Fulfillment Analyst primarily tasked to perform software deployment to VDI machines.
The roles are, but not limited to the following:
- Monitor the requests on queue.
- Provide remote assistance whenever needed after software deployment.
- Liaise/coordinate with business and other technology teams.
- Respond to email queries by end users.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Good all round technical knowledge/skills within a large distributed technical environment.
Strong understanding and detailed knowledge of Windows XP/ Vista User Administration/Active Directory.
Good understanding and knowledge of Windows XP / Vista Workstation,Windows XP / Vista Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office application suite.
Knowledge of many in-house technologies will need to be acquired.
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact successfully with business and other technology groups.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in System Administrator or equivalent.
Organisation skills - Able to multi- task and deal with a large workload including dealing with priorities and schedule planning.
Commitment / Flexibility (Late night and weekend work can be required)

Able to handle pressure.
High attention to detail.
5 Full-Time and Contract position available.
