Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
Deal with customer inquiries, process requests (activation, billing, etc.) and provide other information as needed.
Provide quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least two (2) years of college education/ a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
Required language(s): English
Willing to work in Makati City
With at least 3-6 months call center experience
Should be amenable to the following: graveyard shift, working on holidays or weekends, shifting schedules, or rendering overtime when needed.
Proficient in computer office applications and can multi task.
Can start immediately.
