ACCOUNT MANAGER (TNET, SPG, LSI, TSI)
- Experience in ICT Sales
- With strong background in offering solutions
- Graduate of ECE or any business related course
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (and good listening skills)
- With at least 2-3 years sales experience in enterprise market (LSI)
- Experience in selling Alcatel PBX is an advantage (LSI)
HELPDESK PERSONNEL/AGENT (TSG)
- College Graduate
- Computer literate (Windows, Excel, Word, Email and Internet)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (and good listening skills)
- Willing to work on graveyard shift
APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ENGINEER (SSG)
- For post-sales of Software Services Group
- With programming background
- Will be working on Nortel Periphonics
PROJECT MANAGER (FSG, SPG-contractual)
- Knowledgeable in PABX and LAN & WAN infrastructure
- Should have previous working experience as a project manager.
- Project management relative to telecommunications is an advantage
- Must be a graduate of BSECE, BSCPE or other related technical courses.
- Knowledge in PERT/CPM project management tools.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Project or other MS Office applications.
- With understanding of Basic Telephony, PBX environment, LAN/WAN principles and technologies (TCP/IP) (LSI)
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR TELECOMMUNICATION ACCESS PRODUCTS AND MULTISERVICE SWITCHES (TSG)
- ECE Graduate
- With or without experience in telecommunication but working experience/knowledge on ATM, Frame Relay, and different signaling protocol an advantage
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DATA NETWORKING (TSG)
- ECE graduate or any IT related course.
- With or without working experience in IT related environment.
- For applicants with no working experience in IT, it is an advantage to have completed CNAP courses.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR PBX (TSG)
- ECE/EE graduate
- With or without working experience
TECHNICAL SUPPORT VOICE APPLICATION ENGINEER (TSG)
- ECE graduate or an IT related courses
- With working experience/knowledge on Windows server installation and administration
- Working experience/knowledge in visual basic programming an advantage
- Working experience/knowledge in PBX specially on call center environment an advantage.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR UPS/RECTIFIERS (TSG)
- ECE/EE Graduate
- Working experience with the installation of UPS/Rectifiers an advantage
MARKETING SPECIALIST (TTI-Marketing)
- Preferably a graduate of Marketing or related course.
- Website and blog maintenance and updating. Knowledge in website development with database an advantage
- Manage events, including coordination and hosting
- Design collaterals, posters, invitations, including desktop publishing
- Write press releases
- Design and develop the Corporate CD
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 2, especially in Photoshop and InDesign an advantage.
- Proficient in designing, conceptualizing, and implementation of Flash animation an advantage.
