Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing wide range of customer services through voice and emails.
- Responsible for responding to customer query within set time frames so that each customer query is resolved in one contact and monitor customer satisfaction levels and participate in developing improvement plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Eperienced travel agent responsible for handling customer calls for all their travel needs including ticketing, hotels and packages.
- Well qualified and experienced people in the above areas will be preferred.
- Experience in handling the UK customers would be a major advantage.
- Techno savvy and good working knowledge of computers is must.
