Description:
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Transition Analyst.
Successfuly applicants for Transition Analyst will have a great career in Affiliated Computer Services (ACS).
Responsibilities:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize and support repeatable processes and standard work products and tools.
Ensure work flow and operational processes are effective and efficient for future operations
Escalate any HR or performance issues with the trainers to Transition Manager
Ensure all transition deliverables are complete, thorough and of high quality
Assist in Training Operations Staff
Complete the Process Flows, Process Assessment Matric, and other Process and Technology deliverables for Tower
Complete Facilities, IT, Mailroom, and Workflow requirements are documented and fulfilled
Write Acceptance testing
Escalate issues and risks to the Transition Manager
Work Experience & Skills
Has experience executing transition activities for a single functional area or tower within Finance and Accounting in a BPO industry.
Has experience in achieving transition objectives.
Has experience in developing processes and future state process flows, identifying change controls, risks, compliance concerns, and contractual or legal requirements while operationally efficient solutions and delivery capabilities.
Specific experience in F&A Business Process reengineering is preferred.
Proven ability in process mapping and redesign
Client management exposure is required.
Project Management certification is desirable.
Six Sigma exposure is desirable.
Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English both written and oral.
Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERPs for F&A work are desirable
Requirements:
Level of Education
University degree is required with preferred specialization in accounting or finance.
Masters degree with a concentration in finance, accounting, and/or process management preferred
Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPA)
Work Requirements
Extensive travel depending on project involvement. Must
Need to work on shift depending on client schedule
Overtime and On-Call required
