With strong understanding of training assessment and Return on Investment

With extensive training experience from a customer service or call center environment

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to analyze and evaluate performance improvement as set by the client

Strong planning, directing and control of activities for QA department

Ability to develop and execute policies and procedures


Requirements:

Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field.
At least two (2) years call center experience as a Training Manager/QA Manager .
