Sutherland Global Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Training Manager-Clark.

Responsibilities:
The Training Manager ensures effective implementation and execution of all Training programs in their team. The position coordinates with Service Delivery, Center of Learning, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Quality to drive higher agent performance in New Hire and Service Delivery. Trains and manages outcomes for all Team members
Regularly coach and observe trainers on the job (Classroom and Nesting)
Monitor and evaluate Wave on Wave Performance (Yield, Quality, Effectiveness)
Regularly reviews training materials and recommends improvements to design of learning content based on evaluation of the learning curve
Analyzes Program Training needs/gaps in partnership and recommends solutions/action plans
Planning, scheduling, and forecasting of new hire and other uptrainings
Supports Team Professional Development through regular one on one feedback sessions with direct reports
Provide regular reports on Training Performance to all key stakeholders
Create Business Reviews for Client visits
Drives compliance and completion of all training activities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, including the training life cycle, evaluating training, conducting training needs, etc.
Have a working understanding of Instructional Design and various instructional models
Able to diagnose Training gaps/needs and provide solutions to improve performance
Has strong facilitiation/presentation skills and is able to lead and coach through example
Effectively express ideas and information through spoken and written language
Actively listens and incorporates input from others
Has an open communication channel with internal and external customers/clients
Overall 2 to 5 years of work experience relevant experience in a call center
Preferably with 2 years experience in a Management position specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
