Manage the Technical Training team
Analyze metric data and technical complexities to make appropriate consultation of required training development, and delivery methods for world wide dissemination of technical training
Coordinate world wide internal and outsource equipment training allocation requests for all Client and Consumer technical training organizations
Develop Training Course Objectives and Goals
Analyze training metrics to ensure quality training as well as to build training mitigation and remediation plans when necessary to support training services readiness and ensure Training Course Objectives and Goals are met
Develop pre and post online assessments for all product training courses used to build training metrics
Communicate with all Dell training organizations to ensure proper coordination of curriculum development and delivery schedules for world wide rollout of training required to support Dell's service readiness
Provide product TtT (Train the Trainer) courses for all classroom level technical product courses
Ongoing work with business units outside of the department to design, develop, and complete various special training initiatives
Supervises new instructional designers by providing weekly feedback on projects.
Ensures that new product documents are technically and mechanically accurate; proofs documentation for consistency with regard to audience clarity, organization, readability and completeness.
Responsible for working with HR, floor management, facilities, and IT to ensure training consistency with other sites.
