With a BA or BS degree from a top-tier university/college
EXCELLENT communication skills in English, both oral and written
Very good oral presentation skills
At least 5 years experience as a Trainer in a service industry and at least 2 years in the managerial position
Knowledgeable in strategy formulation, design, development, and analysis of training programs, and the interpretation of assessment materials
