Candidate who specializes in MANAGEMENT TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT or equivalent, with experience working as a Senior Management Trainer is preferred.
Work experience in the call center industry is an advantage.
Participates in other special projects assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Willing to work in shifts (mostly night shifts and graveyard shifts).
