Infinity Support Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Trainer-BPO.

Responsibilities:
Provide training solutions for all new hires and on board agents of the company
Design and organize training programs based on requirements from clients
Produce and analyze the actual examination of trainees prior to deployment
Evaluate computer-aided lessons and other training methods
Develops technical training material for internal and external courses
Devise, develop & facilitate recurrent training modules
Categorize and resolve the need for training through identifying competencies and defining training requirements in the work environment
Create and revise course agenda to ensure proper coverage of each topic and smooth transition of it
Oversee workflow for agents of the company (performance objectives)
Document training & coaching sessions
Provide appropriate and ongoing recognition for satisfactory and outstanding performance
Ensure that all appropriate documentation regarding performance and conduct of all direct reports is maintained appropriately
Facilitate and create a teamwork environment within the company
Create FAQs and reference materials as required by clients and operations manager
Ensure proper set up of the classroom training environment, including dissemination of material, arrangement of schedules, PCs, test equipments, seating arrangements
Ensure proper set up of online training environment, including set up of online presentation tools, invitations with log in information, and proper dissemination of training material
Complete monthly reports like status reports, activity reports, budget reports etc.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's guidelines and applicable laws
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Education or related degree preferred, but not required.
Previous Customer Service / Sales / Technical support training supervision experience in a call center and related industry.
2 years of demonstrated experience in training or facilitation
Strong computer skills: MS Office suite.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in curriculum development.
Must be able to handle multiple and shifting priorities
Must possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Willing to work varied hours and days as needed
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
