- Bachelor's/ College degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related course

- Knowledgeable in all phases of manpower development, technical and customer service training

- Conduct TNA and develop training modules

- With excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills - Minimum 1 year experience preferably in customer service industry - Willing to work long hours/shifting schedule
