Graduate of any 4-year course
EXCELLENT communication skills in English, both oral and written
With at least 1 year experience in the same capacity
Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment a definite plus
Proficient in conducting and facilitating training seminars focusing on soft skills development, accent and accent neutralization
Familiarity with American speech and culture a definite advantage
Organized and very attentive to detail
