The CCAs will handle contact services for our american and australian clients
Related work experience in a call center is an advantage but not required
One must be customer-centric, attentive to details and has high tolerance for stress
Has excellent analytical, judgment and listening skills
Has above average communication skills in English
must be willing to work on shifting schedules
At least college level

Recruitment Officers (RO)
must be graduates of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related fields
must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
must have at least 6 months background in recruitment
Related work experience in a call center will be an advantage
