Responsibilities:
In-charge of development, updates, and maintenance of different tools and applications such as Ticket Tracking Tool, Lotus Notes, etc.
- Involvement in the server migration and testing of several marketing applications, as well as doing full server backup on a regular basis
- In-charge of development, updates, and maintenance of assorted WW databases, including uploading of competitive data
- Responsible for generating several reports (e.g., global data card, client contact initiatives, list import, etc.)
- Creation of templates based on client requirements
- Other adhoc activities like data pull, matching, etc - Participate in regular calls with the client
Primarily responsible for development, maintenance, and update of different tools and applications, including assorted WW databases. Involvement in the server migration and maintenance of several marketing applications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES A. In-charge of development, updates, and maintenance of different tools and applications such as Ticket Tracking Tool, Lotus Notes, etc. Ensures that development requirements and changes are clear, and timelines are met. Proactively collaborates with Team Lead and other support groups to ensure the client requirements are met. Provides updates and feedback regarding any issues or concerns during the course of the project completion.
B. Involvement in the server migration and testing of several marketing applications, as well as doing full server backup on a regular basis. Ensures that all marketing applications are migrated to the new server, and should be functioning as expected. Proactively collaborates with Team Lead and other support groups to ensure the client requirements are met. Provides updates and feedback regarding any issues or concerns during the course of the project completion.
C. In-charge of development, updates, and maintenance of assorted WW databases, including uploading of competitive data. Performs quality checks and ensure that data is accurate, consistent and complete. Provides updates and feedback regarding any issues or concerns during the course of reports completion.
D. Responsible for generating several reports (e.g. global data card, client contact initiatives, list import, etc.). Provides updates and feedback regarding any issues or concerns during the course of reports completion.
E. Assures business continuity of the defined tasks and responsibilities by daily monitoring and task management. Delivers regular reports outlining the status and progress of every project.
F. Participation in regular calls with the client. May participate in cross team initiatives (e.g., special projects) as defined by either the Center Manager or Operations Director.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least Three (3) years experience in IT related field with knowledge in SQL and any Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) programming.
Knowledge in the use and processes of the following tools / languages: SQL, DB2 or any Relational Database Management System. Lotus Notes programming experience is a definite plus. Linux Server administration . Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
Experience in Linux Server Administration and remote Linux server backup/migration
Time and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language. Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours. Customer relations. Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical skills. Open to learning new tools and languages on-demand.
Applicants must be willing to work in The Fort,Bonifacio Global City,Taguig.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
