National Pen Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Telesales Supervisors. Successfuly applicants for Telesales Supervisors will have a great career in National Pen Philippines.

Will be responsible for a group of Account Executives/TSR.
2 years Outbound/Inbound call center supervisory experience a must.
Extensive understanding of telesales & CRM.
Has the ability to function in a rapidly changing and evolving work environment
College graduate
Understanding of the US business culture an advantage.
With excellent conversational English communication skills.
