Responsibilities:
Telesales Representative will be at the forefront of our organization by offering products and services through specified means of communications to a targeted list of international customers in behalf of our clients. They are expected to provide necessary information, document all pertinent customer data and meet the productivity requirements of clients on qualified calls. Ideal candidates for the position are persons who are at least college level and willing to work during the graveyard shift. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to converse with the proper grammar using American diction, intonation, inflection, and articulation. Previous experience in customer relation management, sales or marketing and the ability to speak any foreign language well are a plus.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
With or without call center experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
