Profile required for CSR
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Working knowledge of computers and internet
· Excellent English communication skill
· Ability to work in teams and excel in tasks assigned
· Willingness to work in night shifts
· High levels of enthusiasm
· Proficient Typist (Must type minimum 60 words per minute)
· Efficient in customer service, telesales, lead generation and sales support
· Positive attitude
