The Role:
Manages Customer Service Representatives/Telemarketers so as to achieve the sales/service targets of the department
Assists in designing and implementing the strategies, policies, planning and management control systems for the Call Center to achieve the highest level of productivity
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the call center industry, 3 years of which are in a management role, with at least 2 years in Telemarketing management
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Preferably with experience in the insurance of financial services industry
