InterGlobe Technologies is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Telecoms Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will administer the voice infrastructure for Manila site on a 24x7 support. Recommend new technologies that will help leverage the IT voice infrastructure for future expansion and implement projects for additional requirements and as needed.
- Server Administration: Provide 24x7 Server Support & troubleshoot and support corporate operations
- Avaya PABX monitoring
- Automate voice monitoring tasks using standard monitoring tools
- Ensure 100% server patch updates and backup: WSUS Patch (Microsoft bulletins) and Anti-virus Updates for voice admin managed servers (Verint, CTI Servers)
- Configuration Backup and updates for voice managed devices
- Data backup management, scheduling and reporting
- Testing and deployment of client voice infrastructure across the site
- Voice hardware provisioning, configuration and deployment for current and future requirements
- Security Compliance: Adherence to the department's policies as indicated on the ISG process
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in ECE/ Computer Engineering or any related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Voice/Telecom administrator
Required skills:
- Should know the logical and linear troubleshooting concepts
- Configuration and installation Avaya PABX Systems and adjunct application (Verint, CMS, AES, call billing, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in configuring and administering the following Avaya equipment (G650, S8xxx series)
Knowledge on Linux, AIX environment an advantage but not required (for CTI Servers)
ACE certification is preferred
Has very good communication skills in English & can effectively communicate with people from different levels of the organization
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Is customer-focused and is open to feedback
Applicant must be willing to work on shifting schedule and during weekends/holidays (as may be needed)
Applicant must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City and render extended working hours, if needed
Applicant must be able to work individually with little to no supervision and is also a team player
