Responsibilities:


Primary role is to provide Telephony support to clients at North America during US business off-hours


Ticket Queue(s) Daily Management


1st Line Issue Resolution


Activations/modifications/deletions to voice system (T1s, IDs, PBX/CMS logins, Vectors/VDN, Skill, others)


Maintains & monitors multiple equipment types.


Maintains & monitors site documentation changes


Outage/Issue Conference Calls


Vendor/Carrier escalation


Telephony deployments, activations, or projects

Requirements:


Knowledge in the Avaya PABX system and its functionality.


Experience in handling CMS, voice mail, IVR, voice recording and CTI servers


Knowledge with VOIP system/IP Telephony


Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).


Skills to encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism and respect


Time and project management skills.


Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours. Willing to work on weekends


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


Avaya certification is a plus


Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedule preferabbly graveyard shift.
