Consolidated Industrial Gases, Inc. (CIGI) is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Telebusiness and Inbound Sales Manager.
Successfuly applicants for Telebusiness and Inbound Sales Manager will have a great career in Consolidated Industrial Gases, Inc. (CIGI).
Reporting directly to the Custmoer Service Center Manager, his/her function is to manage inbound sales and Telebusiness department with the aim of achieving best in class ordertaking, complaints/query handling, telephone campaigns, and telephone account management. The role is key in creating and adding value to our product and service offers which aim to satisfy our customer needs and differentiate us in the market. It is also critical in delivery the CSC's sales target.
Requirements:
Male/Female, not over 35 yrs of age preferably graduate of marketing or business course
At least 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service functions
Has excellent people and performance management skills, good interpersonal and change management skills, strong influencing and leadership capabilities and able to work in a matrix environment
Knowledge in CSC technology, CRM, SAP and CIGI products would be an advantage
Possesses strong customer service orientation and is results oriented
Computer Literate, possess good communication and analytical skills
