•Support the real time management of call centre staffing

Tech Support Rep (Remote Diagnostics)
Technical Support Representative provides remote technical support and repair of hardware and OS on customer equipment in support of local units.

QUALIFICATION
• College Degree preferably in Computer and Information Technology
• 1 year of technical support experience or equivalent

SKILLS
• Proven ability to understand and correspond/communicate in English through written forms
• Strong understanding of computer software integration and configuration
• Computer literacy (knowledge of PC architecture, Windows Operating Systems, PC registry and internet applications)
• Knowledge of spyware and virus software
• Proven ability to problem solve or troubleshoot technical issues
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
• A Certification preferred
