Responsibilities:
Maintain and update knowledgebase content in a timely, accurate and organized manner. Work individually and with other KB team members and staff to create, edit, validate and publish new and/or existing content to the Knowledgebase. Proactively work with soon to be expiring objects to ensure they remain relevant and active in the Knowledgebase. (65%)
Create Product User Guides, white papers, training materials, internal procedural manuals, e-mail scripts (customer response emails), maintain and update style guides. (25%)
Professional and accurate moderation of RingCentral online discussion forums. (10%)
Usage of correct spelling, grammar and styles to ensure that content is error-free and of the highest quality possible.
Organize input and information from Authors, Subject Matter Experts and Reviewers classifying new content correctly within established KB categorization hierarchy. Create new KB categories as necessary.
Meet or exceed service goals when responding to and acting on customer feedback and comments.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Computer Science/Information Technology, Journalism or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks and projects according to the needs of internal and external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as research and interviewing skills, editing, and grammar skills required
Ability to type 40 WPM
Ability to learn and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Preferred: Knowledge or previous experience with RightNow KB or other similar KB systems.
Preferred: Proficiency using Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop or similar publishing design tools such as SnagIt, etc…
Preferred: Captivate or Flash programming experience
Preferred: Intermediate-level understanding of HTML.
