The Technical Support/Operations Agent's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks.
Successful candidates should possess at least 3-5 years of relevant application and network support experience with main stream products such as Cisco, Windows, MS Office, Peoplesoft CRM, MS SQL, Interactive Intelligence CIC, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Citrix, TN3270 Software, Internet and others.
He must have the ability to communicate effectively and comfortably in American English. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users is also important. Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required.
