Fonality Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Support Specialists. Successfuly applicants for Technical Support Specialists will have a great career in Fonality Philippines.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
Proven track record in a customer-facing technical support position
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
Linux networking and administration skills are a plus
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
20 Full-Time positions available.
