Mannasoft Technology Corporation is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Support Service Manager. Successfuly applicants for Technical Support Service Manager will have a great career in Mannasoft Technology Corporation.

Qualification:
Male/Female, BS degree college graduate or equivalent technical experience
At least 6 years experience in the information technology and software industry with a minimum of 3 years as a technical support engineer managing multiple technical support projects
Experience in resource planning and allocation, managing customer expectations and project deliverables
Effective leadership and coaching skills
ability to guide, motivate, and inspire team members
Excellent communication skills written/verbal thru presentations
Proactive and displays strong initiative and resourcefulness
has the ability to envision processes and procedures to address working efficiency within the group
Extensive windows 2000 Operating System/Network Experience, and Microsoft Certified
