Datacom SouthEast Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Support Representatives Eastwood.

Responsibilities:
Accurately identify the customer’s real needs and resolve customer issues.
To register customers and products in the support database.
To log all call details in Support Database and provide customer case number to for future reference.
Maintain control of the call through probing techniques & scripts
To outline technical support charges and guidelines to customers in line with the current scope of support policy.
To regularly update product knowledge and technical skills using available resources.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting hardware and software faults
Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
Maintaining KPI’s such as talk time, adherence to roster, call monitoring and customer satisfaction.
Providing feedback to Supervisor regarding new problem resolution techniques (obtain from personal and customer experiences)
Requirements:
Preferably with two (2) years of full time call handling experience
Candidate must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills
minimum 35 words per minute typing speed
Knowledge in Applications and Operating Systems
Knowledge on Computer Hardware, Networking and TCP/IP
Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
Ability to provide excellent customer care while multi-tasking
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Cyberpark, Quezon City.
