Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in any computer-related course or an extensive background in PC hardware troubleshooting.
Undergraduates and certificate holders with equivalent experience are also welcome
A working knowledge of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Email, Operating Systems, and Internet).
Acceptable keyboarding skills.
Creative analytical problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedule.
