A working knowledge of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Email, Operating Systems, and Internet).
Acceptable keyboarding skills.
Creative analytical problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedule.
