Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the Services.
Handling and resolve complaints. Communicate with customers through a variety of means—by telephone; by E-mail.
Frequently enter information into database system whilst conversing with the Customer
Requirements:
TSR provide excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for various inbound & outbound clients
With preferred language < English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, German, Arabic, Indic, Hellenic, Czech, Dutch etc.>
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Proficient in computer and internet applications
Completed 3 years of college education in any course, or finished a 2-year diploma or certificate course
Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Experience in after sales service is an advantage
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
