Graduate of any 4-year course
EXCELLENT communication skills in English, both oral and written
Preferably with a very strong and very assertive personality
High level of customer service orientation
Proficient in various computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficient in basic technical skills (basic troubleshooting and software installation)
Preference given to those with background in various pc and console games
Willing to work shifts
