RTL is a Total Payment Processing Solution provider. Our In-House Remittance Solutions, Lockbox Services, E-Payment Services (ACH, Check 21, etc.) are utilized by a variety of organizations throughout different industries throughout the United States and Canada.
We offer customizable solutions to streamline your remittance processing, reconciliation and research. Using industry-proven scanners by NCR, Unisys, Opex and Magtek, our system captures images of both check AND stub. Recognition software minimizes user verification by comparing amounts and validating data. Our solutions are scalable to fit small to large environments.
Technical Support Representative
(Tycoon Building, Pearl Drive, Ortigas OR Malolos City Office)
Responsibilities:
Remotely install and configure payment processing software
Work with client to determine appropriate test scenarios and coordinate remote testing with client
Provide some training over the phone and/or through remote connection software
Respond to customer questions and requests for support in a timely manner
Ask appropriate questions to determine and address client needs. RTL is NOT a Call Center. There are no scripts. Representative must be able exercise think critically and guide the client based on analysis.
Analyze customer requirements to make appropriate recommendations
Document and enter work and support calls using appropriate processes and tools
Provide timely updates to client on progress of work
Communicate effectively with centralized HelpDesk staff and supervisors
Appropriately escalate unresolved client support issues to the next level
Occasionally create documentation and guides
Contribute to the knowledge base of the team through information sharing
Be helpful and supportive of co-workers
Strive to achieve the “100% customer loving-us-ness” goal of the company
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a computer related field or similar job related experience.
Excellent English communications and writing skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a professional client-base
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
BACKGROUND IN TROUBLESHOOTING COMPUTER RELATED PROBLEMS is an ADVANTAGE
Knowledge in Windows 2K/XP/2003/NT/Vista
Experience in using MS Word and MS Excel
Highly motivated, self directed, succeed with little direction under stressful situations.
Assertive and team player
Fast learner and dependable.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Ability to follow implementation methodology provided by the company, and a strong ability to improvise when needed.
1 Full-Time position available.
Applicants must be willing to work the graveyard shift and weekends.
