AMPM Connect Call Center, is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Support Representative.
Successfuly applicants for Technical Support Representative will have a great career in AMPM Connect Call Center,.
Candidates must be knowledgeable in all areas
* PC and Hardware Troubleshooting.
* Knowledgeable in Troubleshooting Internet connectivity issues and Software Troubleshooting.
* Windows 98, 99, 2000, XP, Vista, Unix system and other various OS.
* Installation/removing program.
* Internet SAVVY.
* Knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications.
Requirements
* Candidate must have completed at least 2nd year in college or a graduate of any college degree courses.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Interested for a Full-Time position.
* Possess a customer-focus attitude.
* Must have self-initiative to learn and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Proactive and team player.
* Possess a customer-focus attitude and able to carry out account support.
* Willing to work on different schedules especially on night shift.
* Good Communication Skills.
* Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical and Decision making Skills.
* At least 6 months to 1 year to any relevant work experience on any call centers
