Requirements:
- Preferrably a graduate of any IT-related course or with equivalent work experience, must have at least finished their second year
- Must be computer & internet savvy
- Must have knowledge in customer service and advanced computer operations
- Previous technical support experience an advantage
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills, both written and oral
- Willing to work graveyard shift / shifting schedules
- Must be willing to work anywhere in Metro Manila
- Can do multi-tasking and has good working ethics
