Responsibilities:
As a Stream technical support professional, you’ll be working for one of the most established technical support providers in the industry. You’ll provide technical support for Fortune 1000 companies servicing some of the worlds most advanced and well-known technology products and services. Depending on your technical skill-level and experience, you’ll troubleshoot and solve simple to complex issues for both consumers as well as business customers. From PCs to printers to Internet services, we value and need your technical talent for problem solving, as well as your great customer service skills to provide high-quality experiences.
Requirements:
Should be an IT related course grad
Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.
If undergrad, should have at least 6 mos tech experience, not necessarily in a call center (preferred though)
Excellent English communication skills.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to be assigned in our Mandaluyong site.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
