Qualification:
Must be a graduate of ECE or EE
At least 1 year previous work experience within a parts and service department or in a technical/customer service field
Very organized and process oriented dealing with information on logistics
Can handle information from different sources and be able to decide independently
Excellent English communication skills
Preferably with exposure to UPS products
