Requirements:
-Grade Graduate (Such as BSc, B.E) and,
-Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT, APTech or similar background.
- Good interpersonal and written English communication skills to interact with the customer.
-0-2 Years experience in Technical or Customer support, over the Internet or over any other media.
-MCP Certified in at least one of the Windows® Operating Systems is preferred.
- Thorough Knowledge on Operating Systems (Windows 98/ 95 / 2000/NT/XP).
- Troubleshooting issues relating to malfunctioning of any component of each operating system
-Networking skills
-Ability to use the desktop computer
- Performing all KCRPs on the chat / e-mail / phone system -- routing, consulting, closing, etc.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of a Support Professional (SP) is to aid customers in the timely resolution of technical issues within Home and Entertainment products. They may communicate with customers verbally or in written form. SPs contribute to overall customer satisfaction by providing timely technical solutions in partnership with the Senior Support Professionals (SSP) and Technical Leads (TL). SPs strive to resolve cases on the first contact, and are trained to determine when a case exceeds their support boundaries or technical skill set.
