Responsibilities:
Provide single-point of contact for end-users computer related problems and inquiries.
Provide technical assistance over the telephone or on-site support to end-users.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve computer related problems in all sites.
Develop and perform system analysis, system enhancement, system design and programming, system testing, system documentation, timelines and implementation.
Application of design and individual solutions as well as ongoing maintenance and management of corporate production data network.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, CISCO.
Knowledge in Nortel and Avaya
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Job role in Technical Support or Others.
