Sitel Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Support Associates. Successfuly applicants for Technical Support Associates will have a great career in Sitel Philippines.

Responsibilities:
Basic phone troubleshooting/ customer service over the telephone/e-mail
Provides quality customer service to clients





Requirements:
.At least 18 years old and above
Should be confident to communicate in English
Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
Customer service-oriented and highly technical
Must be familiar for with common technical terms and issues
Good in giving clear and concise instructions
College Degree/ Associate/ Vocational Certificate in a computer course is a plus but not required
Candidates should have attended/completed at least 2nd year College of any course or should have completed 2 years of a Vocational Program
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Technical Background is preferred, not required.
Basic phone & computer soft/hardware troubleshooting skills – minimum requirement
Applicants who can provide SSS and valid NBI clearance will be prioritized
