Qualifications:
Graduate of CS or any IT-related course
With 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to work with documentation to resolve customer problems
Technical background in data communications or telephony customer problems
Knowledge in PC applications and peripheral equipment as well as LAN terminologies.
Knowledge of Windows networking protocols preferred
willingness to work in a team environment and ability to adapt to the ever-cdhanging developments in a VOIP systems arena.
Willing to work at Quezon city and in graveyard and weekend
