Durham Contact Centre is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Customer Service Representative.

Requirements:
- Must be computer literate: strong keyboard and mouse skills within a Microsoft Windows environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and/or Mac desktop operating systems
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, POP3 and SMTP troubleshooting
- Experience with email applications and Internet browser configurations
- Knowledge of Internet access technologies (Dial-up, DSL, Cable)
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts and processes quickly
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Previous contact centre customer service experience is an asset
- Physically able to sit for extended periods of time
DCC is currently looking for full and part time service representatives to start training sessions at DCC Oshawa location. These positions include evening and weekend shifts only.
