Description:
APAC Customer Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Technical Analyst.
Successfuly applicants for Technical Analyst will have a great career in APAC Customer Services.
* Work closely with internal staff, clients, vendors and users to ensure the stability and availability of the network infrastructure. Take ownership of network infrastructure and provide ongoing production support of Local Area and Wide Area network. Develop ongoing maintenance plans and documentation. Assist in maintenance of network analysis and management tools. Maintain security measures to safeguard all networked systems in LAN/WAN environment. Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade infrastructure. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or Others.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Experience in the following technologies required: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TACACS/RADIUS, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
* Certified Cisco Network Administrator is an advantage.
* Network Security: Auditing, policy and security devices (VPN concentrators, firewall, access, policies), network security design; intrusion detection and prevention system (IDS/IPS) and port level
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
